Founded in 2023, Find My Worker HR Consultancy L.L.C began its operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates as a professional human resources consultancy firm providing end to end solution for identifying domestic / non-domestic workers to employers in U.A.E. 

From a humble beginning it has become a trusted service provider for various workers supply centers and end clients in U.A.E.  

Our passionate team consists of experienced and qualified consultants with prior experience in identifying right talents, we understand the challenges, organizational culture and future directions of our clients to provide bespoke solutions related to workers hiring from Sri Lanka. We are dedicated to driving positive changes for our clients by implementing best practices in identifying the outperforming foreign employment agencies in Sri Lanka.

With over two decades of experience in recruitment, administration, marketing and human resource management of Sri Lankan workers in U.A.E, our team of highly qualified consultants implements best practices and helps our clients across U.A.E to achieve their organizational excellence in regard to Sri Lankan workers recruitment and job placement.

* Handling 10+ foreign employment agencies in Sri Lanka and looking to add 10 more in 2024.

* Handling annual requirement of 2400+ candidates for our clients in U.A.E.

* Liaising for market's best hiring commission from foreign employer on behalf of foreign employment agencies in Sri Lanka.

* Liaising with foreign principal for payment within a maximum of 7 days in normal circumstances.

* End to end support from CV shortlisting, Interviewing, Insurance application typing, Visa follow ups, On arrival briefing, Moral support to candidates throughout the contract period to reduce refuse to work / runaway / create safe working atmosphere.

* We speak Sinhala, Tamil, English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam and Telugu. (For effective communication between candidates, agents and foreign employers)

                                                                                                 


                                                                                                   What We Don't Do



* Not dealing with locally available domestic workers to arrange job placement.

* Not dealing with any form of illegal recruitment of domestic work force to U.A.E or forwarding to any other country.

* We don't charge any fee from candidates for arranging job placement. (Workers service centers in U.A.E are paying our consulting fee)

* We don't provide any part time jobs or arrange job placement as domestic / non-domestic workers / cleaners.


                                                                             

                                                             Kindly Do Not Approach Us, If


* You did in the past / have any plans for illegal recruitment in the future.

* You give false commitments to candidates in regard to facilities in employer end, salary range or regarding family benefit allowance

* You expect payment before 7 days of arrival.

* You cannot provide at least 20 CVs a month and departure arrangements for 10 candidates a month at minimum.

* You are unable to give a 70:30 mix of experienced / inexperienced candidates.

Founder & Managing Director

Founder  is  a  Sri Lankan  national with 20+ years of diverse domestic / non-domestic workers recruitment experience in Sri Lanka, Lebanon and U.A.E.   She is currently well aware of local  laws  and  governmental procedures for supplying workers to U.A.E as she worked with  few domestic workers supply  centers in U.A.E (Formerly  TADBEER)  since  its  inception  in 2018 till 2023. She also worked with various recruitment companies in the  capacity of  Admin and  HR manager for 10+ years in U.A.E prior joining TADBEER.
